Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, game services, and related NFTs (collectively, the "Services") provided by Verdant Labs (the "Project"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the NFTs
- The NFTs issued through the Services (Fertilizer NFTs and Land NFTs) are digital collectibles usable within the game.
- The NFTs are not financial instruments, securities, or investment contracts. Neither the Project, the issuer, nor any of their affiliates makes any guarantee regarding the maintenance or appreciation of NFT value, protection or return of principal, buyback, or returns of any kind.
- Liquidity and pricing of the NFTs on any secondary market are not guaranteed.
2. Wallets and Self-Custody
- Use of the Services requires a self-custodial crypto wallet managed by you.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. The Project is not liable for any loss arising from their loss or compromise.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Project is not liable for losses caused by mistaken transfers or similar errors.
3. Game Services
- The Project may change, add to, or terminate the content and specifications of the game at any time without notice.
- Fertilizer NFTs are consumed (burned) upon use in the game and cannot be restored.
- Growth points and stages within the game are visual and collectible attributes only; they do not represent monetary value or confer any rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order;
- Interfere with the operation of the Services (including unauthorized access or exploitation of smart contract vulnerabilities);
- Impersonate any third party;
- Engage in money laundering or any other criminal activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and their content (artwork, text, code, etc.) belong to the Project or their rightful owners. Holding an NFT grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the associated artwork; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimers
- The Services are provided "as is". The Project makes no warranty as to their completeness, accuracy, or continuity.
- The Project is not liable for losses arising from failures of the underlying blockchain network (Polygon), forks, or fluctuations in gas fees.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Project's liability to you is excluded or limited.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Project may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this page.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in the first instance.
